Présentation
Quand il crée les premiers produits BIODERMA et Institut Esthederm en 1977, Jean-Noël Thorel, pharmacien et biologiste, ouvre la voie à la cosmétique active en intégrant pour la première fois la biologie à la cosmétique, avec pour objectif de changer de paradigme.
Présente aujourd'hui dans plus de 100 pays, avec 3100 employés, NAOS a choisi un seul site de conception et de fabrication, NAOS Les Laboratoires, à Aix-en-Provence (France) afin de maîtriser la qualité et la conception unique de ses produits.
NAOS et ses trois marques - BIODERMA, Institut Esthederm et Etat Pur - revendiquent une approche commune unique : l'écobiologie. Combinaison de la biologie et de l'écologie de la peau, l'écobiologie considère la peau comme un écosystème en interaction constante avec son environnement.

Missions principales
Are you willing to join a company with a purpose and play a key role in supporting international growth?
NAOS, a major international stakeholder in Skincare, is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager – Europe (BIODERMA), in full-time permanent contract (CDI) from as soon as possible (Q3 2025).
Inside the European Marketing team, you are a key regional partner for our European countries, acting as the link between affiliates and global brand teams, to deploy brand strategy, support performance, and ensure consistency of execution across the region.
Regular business travel within Europe is expected as part of this position.
In this context, your main missions are the following:
Strategy & Regional Alignment
- Support countries in the annual budget and 3-year strategic planning process
- Ensure bottom-up feedback and insights from markets are shared with global brand teams
- Guide regional teams in aligning with brand equity and strategic priorities
Operational Excellence & Execution
- Follow and analyze product and campaign performance to inform future activations
- Monitor marketing KPIs, guide investment allocation, and support local adaptations
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (digital, communication, regulatory, RGM...)
Community Animation & Collaboration
- Lead the European marketing community: webinars, workshops, best-practice sharing
- Drive regional engagement and facilitate cross-country collaboration
- Animate country-specific initiatives and support regional innovation projects

You are strategic & collaborative, which will allow you to navigate between local market needs and global brand ambitions?
You have strong experience in dermo-cosmetics marketing (8+ years) as well as a proven ability to lead cross-functional and international projects?
You are interested in regional development, brand strategy, and glocal execution?
You are sensitive to market dynamics, consumer insights, and long-term brand equity?
