Main responsabilities

In the development of Institut Esthederm in the UK market, we are looking for our next training manager. The main goal behind this position is to develop product and brand knowledge for employees and clients.
As Institut Esthederm training manager, you will be 80% office based  and 20% on the field (UK) in charge of training flagships and support account managers, field coaches during their store visits.
The role will consist in defining the training strategy, its implementation and leading ROI analysis, in line with the marketing plans. Take the lead on opening the first flagship beauty salon for the brand.
The role will report directly to Institut Esthederm Brand Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Office based (80% East London)
·       Defining & implementing the training strategy
·       Assessing training results
·       Managing training budget
·       Training NAOS UK employees (newcomers and employees’ brand & product knowledge and sales tips)
·       Creating and updating training tools and modules
·       Organizing training events
·       Conducting ROI analysis of the training strategy
·       Be the expert in brand and product knowledge
·       Managing Institut Esthederm eLearning website (from recruiting, animating, and rewarding internal and external subscribers)
·       Writing quotes for PR purpose
·       Answering customer queries when related to products or ingredients
·       Conduct in depth professional aesthetic training to Skin Coach
·       Conduct e-training for clients in customer service, buyers, influencers
·       Create and produce video content for social media (tutorials, how to’s, etc.)
·       Be in charge of ‘Ask NAOS’ back-office platform of product content
Field based (20% UK)
·       Training of flagship stores in Central London
·       Training of PR agency
·       Field day with Account Managers and skin coach as part of their development program

·       Very good ability to lead collective and individual training sessions
·       Perfect communication & presentation skills adjusted to the interlocutor
·       Confident speaking in front of audience and camera
·       Creativity to produce innovative training tools
·       Operational skills to organize events on a budget (internal & external)
·       Analytical skills to monitor and report every activity
·       Organizational skills
·       Proactivity, bringing new ideas to improve the way of working
·       Flexibility, being able to adapt according to business needs

·       2+ years’ experience working in a similar position for a beauty brand
·       Scientific background and knowledge in dermocosmetic
·       Aesthetic degree and previous experience in Beauty Salons
·       Knowing cosmetology basics (pharmaceutical science and skin biology)
·       Fluent English speaker
