Serving our communities
At the heart of the NAOS approach, building relationships on a daily basis with our various communities (healthcare, beauty and well-being professionals, as well as our users) is essential.
NAOS’ goal is to serve all the communities that play a role in product creation, (research partners, pharmacists, dermatologists, physical therapists, maternity wards, beauty salon workers, etc.), those who use our products and, on a larger scale, all those who share our way of thinking.
Continually seeking to interact with all these communities, our goal is to better meet their needs and turn them into NAOS stakeholders – so that they feel respected, understood and cared for.
This goal is embodied by the Care First signature, which mobilizes the intent and action of all with regard to the care that NAOS wants to bring to the world:
